Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Taking care of our customers, employees and our service providers is our top priority. As the coronavirus (Covid-19) situation continues to evolve and after careful consideration, we have made the decision to resume our delivery service for Small Standard and Standard delivery items.

Our Home delivery partners will maintain physical distancing, good hygiene and other critical steps throughout the delivery process. You will receive a text message in advance of your delivery which must be completed prior to the delivery to ensure the process is safe for both you and the drivers. Please ensure that the space for the delivery is clear and ready for the new product to be placed in your desired location. If you are unwell at the time of your delivery, we would be happy to arrange for front-door service as an alternative.

We continue to follow current guidelines and restrictions set by the Australian government to ensure that we are doing all that is possible for our teams and community to remain protected, while continuing to serve our customers’ needs in creating a comfortable and functional home.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We offer types of delivery (Small Parcel, Small Standard, Standard) determined by the products in your order.

Delivery charges are determined by your delivery destination and are charged per order. Multiple–product orders are charged according to the product with the highest delivery type. Sometimes products may arrive separately but you will only be charged one delivery fee per order. Also, products delivered separately may be sent via the delivery type of that product rather than the overall order. Please provide a street address for delivery — we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

TYPES OF DELIVERY

Small Parcel

Small items (e.g. bed linens, cushions, tableware) will be delivered via Australia Post or our freight partner. All orders must be signed for on delivery; if no–one is available to sign for the delivery, a card outlining alternative arrangements will be left. Some items may require assembly, please refer to the online product page for details. Once your order has been fulfilled at our Distribution Centre (for in–stock items allow up to 5 working days to receive your Order Fulfilment email).

Small Standard

Small furniture and larger homeware items are delivered to your home by our home-delivery partner. Following placement of your order, except in select country and remote locations, you will be contacted by email to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery. Please allow up to 5 working days from the date of order (for in–stock items) to receive this email Typically, the delivery date offered will be within 10 days of your email for metro deliveries and up to 19 days for all other areas. After confirming your delivery date, except in select country and remote locations, you will receive an email the evening before confirming your 3–hour delivery window. Some items may require assembly, please refer to the online product page for details.

Standard

Small furniture and larger homeware items are delivered to your home by our home-delivery partner. Following placement of your order, except in select country and remote locations, you will be contacted by email to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery. TAKE IT HOME TODAY

Some furniture and bulkier items are stocked in our store/warehouse for immediate pick up. No delivery charges apply.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping applies only to selected items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is calculated individually for each order. Contact us for international shipping costs.
